How often do you release new seasonal collections?
We launch four major collections per year: Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter, with exclusive holiday drops in between.
Are your home textiles machine washable?
Most of our linens and cushion covers are machine washable. Please check the specific care label on each product for detailed instructions.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
